  • Uploads: pet photos and any captions/inputs you submit. Please avoid sensitive personal data in uploads or backgrounds where possible.
  • Support: info you share when contacting us.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: pages viewed, features used, timestamps, referral URLs.
  • Device/Log Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, crash logs.
  • Approximate Location: derived from IP (city/region level) to localize experiences and detect fraud.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Services (including generating images and enhancing models/workflows).
  • Authenticate users, process transactions, and provide customer support.
  • Personalize content and measure performance.
  • Maintain safety, prevent spam/fraud/abuse, and enforce policies.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. How We Share Information

  • Service Providers: cloud hosting, storage/CDN, analytics, payment processing, email, and customer support tools—bound by contractual confidentiality/data protection obligations.

  • Uploads: photos may be stored temporarily to generate images. If you choose to save them in your account, they persist until you delete them or your account. Otherwise, we aim to delete transient uploads automatically after processing.
  • Account/Transaction Data: retained while your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, tax, and audit requirements.

We employ reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; you use the Services at your own risk.
